CLEVELAND -- If you're a Time Warner Cable of Northeast Ohio customer, about 480,000 of you probably saw nothing on Channels 2-20 Wednesday night.

The TWC trouble center spokesman said the problem affected customers in Cuyahoga, Medina, Lake, Lorain and Ashtabula counties from about 7:30 p.m. until about 11:40 p.m.

He said the problem had to do with the signals going through the cable boxes attached to some televisions.

As of Thursday afternoon, TWC in Northeast Ohio said the problem has been corrected. The only outage right now are for an unknown number of customers in the Mansfield area.

Anyone still having problems can call for help at (877) 772-2253.
