The 2013 Emmy finalists were announced Thursday morning by the Lower Great Lakes Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS). This is the 44th year of the annual awards that will be handed out on Saturday, June 1st at Windows on the River in Cleveland.
