WBNS-TV/Columbus will join WKYC-TV/Cleveland and WTOL-TV/Toledo in reaching more than two-thirds of the television households in Ohio.

WBNS Radio is the flagship home of Ohio State athletics and other major sports teams across Ohio.
TEGNA paid $535 million in cash for the stations in a previously disclosed announcement on June 11, 2019.
