"What's New" replaces "Ellen" who moves to 4 p.m., while "Dr. Phil" moves to 3 p.m. and "Daily Blast Live" now airs at 2 p.m.
"Kelly Clarkson" moved to 11 a.m. followed by the newly titled show "It's About You" (formery "Live on Lakeside" at noon Monday through Thursday and "We the People" on Friday.
