Known for his calm authority and journalistic tenacity, Miller left behind a legacy defined by fearless reporting, professional integrity, and a passion for public service through broadcast journalism. Miller rose to prominence at WKYC-TV, Cleveland’s NBC affiliate, during a transformative period for local news. In 1979, the station expanded its evening newscast to a full hour—a significant programming shift for the time.
